    9:00 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

    Low impact, full body workout with very light weights, yoga blocks, resistance bands, and more. This "no sweat" class will help tone and develop muscles to improve strength and flexibility.

  • Stretch And Flex

    10:00 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

    Gentle, dynamic stretching for all ages and abilities. This slow paced class focuses on breathing techniques and proper form to improve flexibility, balance, and more.

  • Stretch And Strength for Golf

    11:00 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

    This low-impact class uses resistance bands, light weights, and other fitness tools to improve flexibility and power for golfers. Great for all fitness levels and abilities.

Pricing

All classes are only $10.00 per class to encourage clients to attend as often as possible to get maximum results and satisfaction.

Fitness Waiver Form

All class participants are required to review, complete, and sign a fitness class waiver form.
